Director of the Consulate General of China in Los Angeles, Chang’an Tang

U.S. Congresswoman, Ms. Judy May Chu pointed out in her video congratulations that organizations like Franklin Foundations are particularly important to the families with autistic children, as these children are facing pressure greater than ever in time of the Covid pandemic. Director of the Consulate General of China in Los Angeles, Mr. Chang’an Tang, donates two pieces of artifact for auction on behalf of the Consulate General in support of the exhibition to show their love for the autistic children.

Franklin Foundation organizes the event with the goal of “showing the world the children’s works of art and offering the children a chance to communicate with the world in the language of color”. At a time when social care is deteriorating and Asians are being discriminated against, Asian disadvantaged families and individuals are more vulnerable. Through this exhibition of autistic youth paintings, children with autism speak out through their artwork: we are not a burden to society, but the masters of society.
