Bio for Jack Chen

Jack is a leading expert in cross-border investment between the United States and Asia, as well as an experienced entrepreneur. In 2015, he founded Cognitive Leap Solutions Inc. and its subsidiary, Cogleap Center for Achievement. Prior to this, as the founder and CEO of Transworld Capital Group, he completed some of the largest investment and acquisition deals between the U.S. and Asia, one of which was hailed by The Wall Street Journal as “one of the most landmark deals of this era.” This transaction was also used as a case study by a think tank founded by a former U.S. Treasury Secretary and former Goldman Sachs President, and was utilized by business schools at U.S. universities.

Jack has served as a board member for organizations such as the Asia Society Southern California, the Pacific Alliance Medical Foundation at USC, the Chinese CEO Organization, and the Committee of 100. He has also been appointed as an industry mentor for the Master’s in Applied Psychology program at Fudan University. Jack was one of the first investors in Magceutics/Neurocentria, a leading cognitive science company, and served on its board, where he actively participated in the formulation of the company’s strategy. He has delivered speeches at some of the world’s most prestigious platforms, including Harvard University, MIT, UCLA, the Brookings Institution, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the U.S. Embassy in Beijing, and Tsinghua University, earning widespread acclaim.
